- Final nominations and voting for 2012 officers;
- Description of various committees within the organization and opportunity to sign up for them;
- Discussions on this year’s big races which the group will be interested in assisting this year; and
- Discussions on other activities the group might want to participate in (eg. bringing in guest lecturers, identifying and recruiting new committee people, community involvement)
