The 2022 Joseph F. Crangle Legacy Award will be presented to Hon. Robert M. Graber, for his decades of outstanding service as a Democratic committee member, Executive Committee member, and Clerk of the Erie County Legislature; for the exemplary political skills and leadership that have so ably aided the success of countless Democratic campaigns; and for his friendship and tireless devotion to the Erie County Democratic Party.
